Production Points
The amount of time it takes to produce resources, construct buildings, or do nearly anything else within Praetoria will be determined using a system of Production Points (PP). Resource production, building construction/upgrades, etc. will all require a certain amount of PP to complete and cards working on land will contribute a certain amount of PP per hour.
The following table shows the PP per hour generated by cards of each rarity and foil. The base amount of PP used for these calculations is for a max level card, and lower level cards will contribute less proportionally based on their BCX as compared to the max BCX for that type of card. For example, a 100 BCX Chaos Legion Common card will contribute 250 base PP per hour because it has 1/4 of the max BCX for that type of card. The table also shows the PP per hour generated by 1 BCX cards of each type based on the above formula.
Rarity | Reg Max Lvl | Gold Max Lvl | Reg 1 BCX | Gold 1 BCX |
Common | 1,000 | 2,000 | 2.50 | 52.63 |
Rare | 1,100 | 4,000 | 9.57 | 181.82 |
Epic | 1,250 | 6,000 | 27.17 | 600.00 |
Legendary | 1,500 | 10,000 | 136.36 | 2,500.00 |
The older editions will also provide a multiplier to the numbers in the above table, giving them significantly higher PP contributions than the newer cards since one of the main purposes of the land expansion is to provide additional utility and value to the older, more rare cards. The multiplier for each edition is shown in the table below:
Set | Editions | Base PP Multiplier |
Alpha | Core, Promo | 10X |
Beta | Core, Promo, Reward, Orb | 5X |
Untamed | Core, Promo, Reward, Dice | 2X |
The details on the amount of PP provided by each card on each land plot will be clearly shown in the game UI so that players do not need to do these calculations on their own and can experiment with different card combinations and easily see the resulting impact on production.
As per the recently approved SPS governance proposal, there will be a cap of 100,000 (100k) base production on a single land plot in phase 1.5. This maximum limit applies to base production only - before the application of any boosts or bonuses - and does NOT apply to Runi.
